Who are We?

GRAO (Greater Republic of Airsoft Operators) is an airsoft team comprised of Massachusetts (and further New England) Airsoft players. We are looking to not only grow the community but also dominate the field. We strive to excel in tactics and deadliness. GRAO strives off making plays on the field while operating as a team in order to complete objectives.

What Does it Mean to be a GRAO Operator?

Being a GRAO Operator is not a right but a privilege. GRAO Operators are held in high regard in representing the airsoft community throughout the New England area. While operating with GRAO, you are responsible for upholding all of the rules and regulations of the field you are playing on while cooperating with field staff at all times. GRAO Operators are expected to work, play, and operate faster than any other player on the field.

Who can join GRAO?

Here at GRAO, we strive to welcome as many players into our community as possible. However, with this being said we do have minimum requirements for joining. Those requirements are as follows:
1. 16 or higher years of age.
2. Access to personal transportation or reliable means of getting to and from fields of play (team members will work to supply transportation if able)
3. Radio Communication: Baeofeng UV5R
4. Green BDU and/or Black BDU
Black Tactical Gear ie: Helmet, Plate Carrier, Belt Setup, Boots

What Makes Grao Different?

Members of Grao Airsoft specialize in elite airsoft concepts of operators while also working to build the community. We work to create content that is entertaining for the community but also to educate. Grao Airsoft Operators train as a team and run drills to better their performance on the field. We also strive to organize and assist in community events such as community service and more!

How do "I" Join Grao Airsoft?

Those interested in joining Grao Airsoft should send an email to [email protected] (Grao Airsoft Team) with "Application" in the subject. The email should contain the following information:
